RETURNS

GMT stands behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied with your GMT purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within one year of purchase. To return an item, follow these three steps:

  1. Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags if available.
  2. Include proof of purchase (invoice, store receipt) plus your name, address, email, phone number and a brief description of why you’re returning the item. (No return code required.)
  3. Return items to:

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance as GMT cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If we have questions about your return, we will contact you by phone or email.

 

GMT GENERAL WARRANTY:

GMT guarantees our products to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship. If you receive a defective item, please contact us for a full refund or replacement. This warranty applies only to manufacturing or shipping defects and does not cover improper use or improper installation, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
